Shipping & returns.
Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout, which is handled by Shopify. Free US shipping over $60.00, and 30-day returns on everything.
Delivery
Checkout is run by Shopify, so the shipping options, prices and estimated arrival dates you see are calculated from your actual address rather than from a table we guessed at. Pick the option that suits you before paying.
Free US shipping over $60.00. Below that threshold the rate is set by the carrier at checkout.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned. Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the US are set by the carrier and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & refunds
Thirty days from delivery, opened or unopened. We would rather you get your money back than keep something you will not use.
- Email noor@nzsbeauty.com with your order reference from the confirmation.
- We reply within one business day to arrange it — no interrogation about why.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method; Shopify processes it from there.
If something arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, tell us and we will put it right without waiting for the return.
Tracking your order
Shopify emails tracking when the parcel is scanned. If you ordered before checkout moved to Shopify, your reference still works at the order tracker.
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us — we will chase the carrier.
Packaging
Packaging is decided by the brand and by the fulfilment centre that dispatches your order, so we cannot promise a specific material here. If you would like an order shipped without an outer carton, or you have a packaging question before buying, email us and we will find out.
